Download Speed is:: 605 kB/s

I doubt that is from the tweak.  It's too small of an increase, and could have just been the result of less traffic.  Probably just coincidence.

I have to disagree, when I ran the tweeker I got about the same results. Maybe a little more but it stayed consistant and if I removed the tweek it went back down.
