i had a question concerning my connection.. i have Comcast @ 6mb/374 upload (i'm pretty sure).. i have encluded my stats below AFTER RUNNING THE TWEAKS GIVEN ON THIS WEBSITE...HOWEVER, MY SPEED STILL DOES VARY.. sometimes it's higher and sometimes lower.. i was wondering if a different cable modem could improve my quality.. i'm currently using an rca dcm245r.. i went to that one website to check diagnostics and nothing happened/?? I currently have vonage and yesterday while uploading a file my phone conversation became choppy...
i don't know anything about modems and any help would be appreciated!!! thank you
