i need help how can i make all my programs minimize down such as this
looki nthe left hand corner

I am sorry we need a bit more information. To minamize a program in the upper right corner there should be a - minus button. Use that to minimize to the tool tray. Is that what you mean?

Very few programs do that.. if you want them all to, go back to Windows 3.1 ;)

it's not minimized. its resized tiny and moved to lower left causing everything but window title to not be shown. you would need an actual program to go through all displayed windows and set the appropriate sizes positions etc. go to the computer science laab at your local college, finds the most unkempt geek, offer him a pizza and you'll have it in 5 minutes.
