sorry gave you vrong value this is the one you should use 98304
too high Defult Send window will give you problems with flow control, however you can try higher then this, make sure its multiple by 1024
eg your upload cap in kB/s x 1024 = 98304

This is the only setting that can help your uploadspeed....
Also manual set your duplex mode in your network adapter, 10 Mbps half duplex to modem, and if you use router 100 Mbps full duplex between your pc and router.
Also check for spyware

Thanks for the help bud.. I think I've tried pretty much everything. But calling Cox cable.. I've tried the network card config.. "Auto"
"10 full Dup" and "10 half dup" nothing changed...
But hey your settings did take me from.

I forgot to mention we just got hit by Hurricane Ivan..
And alot of stuff is stilled screwed up around here.
So maybe its some of there lines or what not.
I still have to get a new NIC card.. Mines
not compatible with XP. But it works for some reason.. Go figure?
Could this be where im losing the upload maybe?

it can be a problem, change your NIC before you contact Cox, i suggest realtek, never had a problem with realtek and they are kinda cheap, just bougth a 10/100/1000 PCI realtek 8169 for 40 bucks and it runs really smooth
