k, im not sure how to make my speeds go faster so i decided to get the cablenut prog (but im too stupid to use it...) cuz i cant stand my upload.

yea but i havent tweaked it yet so im thinking its got potential. and i only wanted advice for my download speed because it isnt all that constant. like in the tests, usually ill go above the cap or have like 130 or 110, but when im actually downloading a file itll start at like 600 then start falling and settle at 300 or so. its not a real huge problem, but its a really annoying one...
