my upload is sh*t,, i cant even upload a zipfile to email a friend

Connection is:: 19 Kbps about 0 Mbps (tested with 97 kB)
Upload Speed is:: 2 kB/s
Tested From:: http://testmy.net/ (server1)
Test Time:: Sat Sep 3 15:59:12 PDT 2005
Bottom Line:: 0X faster than 56K 1MB upload in 512 sec
Diagnosis: May need help : running at only 46.34 % of your hosts average (direcpc.com)

ive dled cablenut and done the tweaks changing the reg keys to 1 hexiceimels or whatever
i run winxpsp2
512 sdram
only promised speeds i was told by dierecdumas**s they only promised like 200 mbs or something like that,
ive tried tuneup utilities 2004 to no avail,, and tried that spped guide utility,,ive tried to find all or any answers before asking so this is pretty much a last resort,, sup all im new,,see ya

That's not going to work for everyone. No one's latency is exactly the same as someone elses, especially with DirecWay.

And it doesn't seem to work for me...

That's probably the best download speed that you're going to get, but your upload could improve a little bit.

Have you tried the LCCU utility?

DefaultSendWindow = multiply your ISPs upload caps in kilobytes by 1024. 384000 seems a bit excessive. I use 16384. Guess your using a DW6000?
