been a while since any tests, heres a few midnight stats:

Connection is:: 8255 Kbps about 8.3 Mbps (tested with 2992 KB)
Download Speed is:: 1008 kB/s

Bottom Line:: 147 times faster than 56K you can download 1MB in 1.02 second(s)

Hey haven't seen you for awhile:) yeah your upload does suck its the same up I had until Cox just doubled mine for free......but your download is really sweet I would give up half my upload for your download speed anytime

Still the same: 2250 - 2350, but that wasn't the problem.
Upgrading to 4096/1024 in 2 months. The 2 months are the problem
Of course the list is still there. Those on it won't like that fact tho
