i think theres something wrong with my wireless connection at my school. it was faster than this a few days ago. the tech guy wont tell me the provider or anything that i could actually use..., so which cablenut settings would u guys recommend? Its hard to tell what setting that will work good, whole idea of calculating RWIN is based on a cap.
But i suggest you find that MSS value and use dsl/cable file that suit your MSS, start with low bandwidth files like 512Kbps and later try to go up to 1000 Kbps and so on
