....is good? please say yes. about $60/month for it. my upload is a little slow though... hmmm. what can i do about that? Question i'm thinking of starting a site off my pc, and i need a faster upload of course! thanks!

Not bad, 60 bucks a month is alot now adays. Use the TCP optimizer on the home page thatll kick it in the ol toosh a little.
