alright, Ive gone through vanburen's tweak guide, and Im using the 5000/786 preset(changed the sendwindow to my upload. These settings work much better than the 4000 preset, for some reason) using cat5 for the connections

1) Windows 2k pro
2) Cable Az. (caps)4200/512
3) cablenut of course
4) (not on the post guide  Laughing )
5) testmy.net pings min 31, max 47
7) im using firefox >.>

Connection is:: 3673 Kbps about 3.7 Mbps (tested with 2992 KB)
Download Speed is:: 448 kB/s
Tested From:: http://www.testmy.net/
Bottom Line:: 66 times faster than 56K you can download 1MB in 2.29 second(s)

I dont know what to tell you.. firefox on my computer, reformated today, has been acting wierd on this site.. Test with ie, i hate ie but do it anyways...

I'm using Firefox too and here's my scores:  Everytime I tested with IE my scores were always low, but when I check with firefox they are more consistant and I have spyware protector on my sys. and everytime I use it, it always finds a security hole in IE and I go to windows update and I have all the latest updates so I just got rid of IE and now I just been using Firefox since I re-formatted over the weekend.

looking good, but maby you need to run full trottle to go faster, sometimes that will work and sometimes your speed will drop.

Give it a try

1. load Cable & DSL 4000 512 in cablenut

2. Increase TcpWindowsize from 64240 to 256960

3. Increase GlobalMaxTcpWindowsize from 64240 to 256960

4. Change Tcp13230pts from 0 to 1

5. Click save to registry

6. reboot

7. test again and post score

there is nothing more you can do, i would delete all tweaks and call my ISP and let them fix it, when they fixed it you tweak and go above your cap, hopefully lol
