yea upload is below RCN average, you can try my tweaks and use OOL settings, that should boost your upload abit.

You get much better reuslts, and we are both on RCN.  Routing for me sucks though.  I download at 9000kB/s, and get about 3000kB/s here.

My upload is also 22kB/s thanks to one way, weeeeeeeeeee.
