I wish Road Runner was available in my area. Their coverage stops at the area code RIGHT next to mine. They have a 6mbit package, which is twice as fast as the one I have now. Wow... just wow.

that 6mb package is 85 bucks a month, no thanks.

I have the 1500/256 and i get
::::::::::.. Download Stats ..::::::::::
Connection is:: 2795 Kbps about 2.8 Mbps (tested with 1013 KB)
Download Speed is:: 341 kB/s
Tested From:: http://www.testmy.net/
Bottom Line:: 50 times faster than 56K you can download 1MB in 3 second(s)

And its 45 a month, thats fine with me Smile

Its $85 alone, but if u get it with cable tv it drops to like $63.Im thinking about it but im waiting to see if my service gets upgraded to 5Mbps.Also when that happens the premium will go up to 7-10Mbps they said,but thats unofficial.

Yea thats what im waiting for too, but I dont know how long it will take for it to come to my area, the technician said February the earliest, but who knows. The bottom line is that FIOS would blow out Time Warner's internet, unless they upgrade again lol
