i've tried using cable nut, and a few of their settings, but that seems like the best that i can do. any suggestion on getting it over 100%?

i have the 6MB thru Comcast.

funny thing was i contacted Comcast, and they said they will send a signal to my modem. they did it yesterday, and now it's alot faster. new stats. i'm waiting for it to drop, but it's been good so far since i called them.
